LOS ANGELES — The man behind the smooth baritone best known for announcing "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" has died. Gary Owens was 80 years old.

Owens' family said Friday that the veteran voiceover star died Thursday at his Los Angeles-area home.

Owens hosted thousands of radio programs over his seven-decade career. He appeared in more than a dozen movies and on scores of TV shows, including Lucille Ball and Bob Hope specials. He also voiced hundreds of animated characters, recorded a comedy album and wrote two books.

Owens is survived by his wife of 57 years, Arleta, and their sons, Scott and Chris. Owens suffered from diabetes and the family asks that donations be made to the Children's Diabetes Foundation in lieu of flowers.

Louisiana stripper Angeline Lodice indicted for alleged sexual assault of a minor, also had sex with a dog on camera

Angeline Lodice, 26, was arrested in October for allegedly giving oral sex to a 3-year-old boy and recording it. She was indicted Thursday and faces life in prison if convicted. Her attorney said she's going to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

A Louisiana stripper accused of sexually abusing a 3-year-old boy, and who was also caught on camera having sex with a dog, was indicted Thursday and faces life in prison.

Angeline Lodice, 26, of Old Jefferson, is accused of aggravated rape, sexual battery and production of child pornography, the Times-Picayune reported.
Her attorney Martin Regan told the newspaper Lodice will plead not guilty by reason of insanity and will undergo psychiatric evaluations.
Lodice was arrested in October after the father of his accuser told police he saw videos and photos of Lodice giving the boy oral sex. Lodice admitted it is her in the footage but said she didn't recognize the child and claimed she was drugged during the sex acts. Her alleged crimes occurred between November 2012 and last October.

In another video police found, Lodice has sex with a dog.
If determined to have been insane during the crimes, she could be sent to a state mental hospital indefinitely.

The wicked winter weather this weekend will blow you away — or worse.

Bone-chilling winds of up to 60 mph will send the wind chill spiraling to minus-20 degrees on Sunday, creating potentially life-threatening conditions in and around the city.

Forecasters say Saturday won’t be much better, or much warmer, with the wind chill dropping to 5 degrees as snow starts falling over Manhattan.

“Dangerous is not an inappropriate word to use,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Tim Morrin. “That kind of wind chill is dangerous, and we anticipate that to last into Monday.”

In addition to the bitterly-cold temperatures and ferocious winds, up to four inches of snow is expected to blanket the area Saturday night.

A two-timing United Kingdom man happily led a double life for three years — until his heartbroken wife found out he was also married to another woman when she saw damning pictures on Facebook.
“It was such a huge shock to me,” scarred spouse Liz Linham told Mirror. “I went on to Facebook and found the pictures pretty much straight away.”
The deceiving dope had posted dozens of photos of his wedding with his new bride on the same beach in Mexico, where he and Liz went on their honeymoon.
Adrian Linham, 43, even used the same best man, the Mirror reported. He and his mistress, Hayley Totterdell, are seen grinning and holding each other during their ocean-side ceremony, surrounded by his new wife’s family.

In another photo, the beaming newlyweds pose by the Riviera Maya shore.

“I called him to confront him, but he yet again denied it,” Liz Linham said, according to the publication. “I just went into meltdown.”
The devastated 37-year-old mom of one was alerted to her husband's adultery when her mother-in-law wrote a letter saying she was sorry to hear of their divorce and her son’s quick remarriage.

Liz Linham kicked the lying snake to the curb and hasn’t spoken to him since, but the painful nightmare has destroyed her emotionally.

“It has completely altered the way I look at everyone,” she told Mirror.
“I look at people now, who I have known and trusted for years, and think, ‘Can I really trust you?’ I don’t think I can ever love again.”
